Got held up for a couple of weeks because of vacations and friends coming in...
But I train in Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu... soon to be about 6 and a half hours a week, 9 and a half if I can start pulling morning classes.
Did TKD as a kid but thats irrelevant.
Dochter, **** off :) :P
...I train MMA.
about 1 hour each day of muay thai and bjj separately, and some running. Only 4-5 days a week though. I'd like to do more, but it's just not possible right now. I don't call myself a martial artist. To me a martial artist is some one who does a fighting style which you would actually call an "art". Like Wing Chun. Though it isn't always effective as a form of fighting, it is definitely an art form. I don't know if I would call BJJ an art form.

I did about a year of TKD in high school, and don't completely regret it.
In the military I picked up some Western boxing and JKDC.
I recently took up Kenpo and I'm digging it so far.
