Congrats, Tart-DO. That was the most pretentious "street language" post I've ever read.

I suspect you "give a **** about this noise" since you did post in response to this guy.

"I'm not tense; just terribly, terribly alert."

Chickie,

I love the craziness but I ain't racial!!

We both know no one here wants to engage,we saw that with PeeDee, it's just who sells the loudest bark.

Dig? By the way I just did a seminar with the Beast in Montreal!!

Hard baby hard!!

Who's the Beast?

Look, I speak English, not "street", okay? I'm a lower middle-class chick from the West Coast so I'm deprived that way. Besides, I hate slang, jargon and other pretentious bullshit.

"I'm not tense; just terribly, terribly alert."

Chill, relax, don't jump through it, jump to it.

I thought you where into NHB. Dan The Beast' was training several states away so he worked out with dudes I trained with and he taught us some good stuff.

Chickie I will leave my south stuff to the side when speaking to a baby doll.

JKDChick
12/29/2002 11:54am,
I train. I haven't really paid much attention to NHB until recently.

At my optimum levels, I train 6 days a week and/or work 15 hours a day so I don't really have time to follow the whole incestuous NHB world.

Now, I think you're doing this just to piss me off. No one uses this many cliche/stupid phrases in real life.

"I'm not tense; just terribly, terribly alert."

Baby Doll,

This is me, my image, my Viaho, so please accept me for what I am and as my boy would say 'why can't we all just get along'.

Doll what do you do 15 hours a day?

JKDChick
12/29/2002 12:46pm,
Film industry. 15 hours is the standard day, and most are longer. I've worked 23 hour days and I know people who've worked 42 hour "days".

"I'm not tense; just terribly, terribly alert."

Tart-Do

Are you an actress or behind the scenes?

Either way that's kool, my friends sister does commercials man she is Stra-Ange!!

Production/Development.

I'm not little and blond, so I'd never make it on screen.

Yep, film people IS weird.

Kool!! When the New Year glistens I plan on trying some open training. Haven't decided thinking about Krav, Hwarang-do and looking into these others.

Man some of them like the Krav cost some coin.

I might just do a sessionon all of them to see all this hype.

Look for a PFS JKD Concepts instructor before you shell out for the Krav. Go to www.fighting.net and search in your area.

Kool will do.

I am going with some dudes to watch the Chicago game. We are going to kick some southern booty.

Krav is turning into a tougher version of CDT. More magic for those not willing to train.

Tart-Do

Roggy,

I not looking for the easy way but I went on Krav's Forum and they seem to believe it's the
ultimate.

Me and Jes were going to attend a day to train.
Have you work out with those Israel Dudes?
Is it all smoke? Krav ads say its hard core military stuff.

Freddy
12/29/2002 9:14pm,
Could you kindly explain what CDT stands for. Its not "Chung's Defensive Tactic" (William Chungs police course) or is it???

PEACE!

"Is it all smoke? Krav ads say its hard core military stuff."

Okay, can we kill this myth once and for all? Modern armies don't give a good goshdarn about hand to hand combat. I was in the 2nd Infantry Division for a year and a half and it was a division policy that all soldiers in the division were to learn TKD. Guess who they got to teach it...whoever in each company had any MA experience that command could successfully confuse with TKD. Krav Maga, and all such military systems, were designed to give non-specialists a few good techniques to try and pull off against typical assailants.

**The most miraculous power that can verifiably be attributed to "chi" is its ability to be all things to virtually all people, depending on what version of the superstition they are attempting to defend at any given moment.**
