Hi,

I wanted to share four excellent (back-then officially IJF & Kodokan approved) videos, including all (but one) nage-waza and all officially named ne-waza. They often point out the distinguishing characteristics of the technique and always show some variants and competition applications where possible, many of which are forbidden in competitions by the current rule set. Strangly enough, they are edited in black & white.

Altogether almost three hours of material, but found it to be helpful in teaching, as the principles are worked out quite well.

I got those when the first came out, they were in color.

You can still buy them from the Kodokan, I believe. Probably on DVD now...I got them originally on VHS.
