Hi,
Frank Dux has put out an article. Of course, it is pure Frank.
At one point, he attacks the LA Times article and claims he decided it would be beneath him to sue them.
I seem to remember he did, and he lost big time. I remember he once tried to say he only lost because it was an editorial and not a news item, which is clearly untrue.
So, does anyone off the top of their head know the facts of the case, like the number, dates, etc? I would greatly appreciate it.
Here is the piece of trash Frank wrote.

As an example, here Dux gives his spin on something he claims the reporter tried to put into evidence. If there was no lawsuit, what is the explanation for this?

Frank never did sue the LA Times despite whatever threats he may have made to do so. He came up with the excuse that they were protected because their damaging statements were "opinion". This left out the many damaging facts like a school teacher at Dux's old high school who said that Frank had claimed he had won various valor awards but they were "secret". The U.S. military does not generally do this. I know of one example and it was an American soldier who was then in a North Korean/Chinese POW camp. As soon as he came out at the end of the Korean war, his award was made public. Since Frankie has never been in a pow camp he doesn't have that excuse. Then Frank later claimed that the LA Times reporter interviewed him, in front of one of Frank's friends. Frank and the reporter were both taping the interview and the reporter got up, stole frank's tape recorder and ran off with both tape recorders and somehow outran frank and his buddy. Yet Frank couldn't prove Malice? Bullshit.

The stories by Frank get worse and worse over time, now he has someone vouching for him claiming that during the 1960s when he was a teenager he was commuting from California to Chicago to train with Count Dante/John Keegan. The BS never stops.
