I whant to try a new training program and I don't know which one . Please telle me something useful.
Try Stronglifts 5x5 or Starting Strength. That's basically the general consensus here.
I can't speak for SS, but I did S5x5 and I loved it.
What are your goals? How long have you been training? Those will narrow down your options a ton.
Ah, yes, I saw 'new' and associated him with newness as well.
SS and S5x5 won't help as much (if at all) if you've been training for a long time.
