This 2005 documentary traces the fascinating links between modern freestyle wrestling, pro-wrestling and MMA back to the Lancashire catch-as-catch-can style, concentrating on the famous Billy Riley's "Snake Pit" gym in Wigan, U.K. Includes great interviews with old-time grapplers (some in their 80s and still going strong) as well as footage that I never thought I'd see, including old film of Riley himself training young wrestlers in the Snake Pit.
