Not by the looks of it. The fellow who died was from the U.S.A. The UFC's Harold Howard is listed as Canadian.

Harold Howard was a punk. I have no respect for the guy because of a dumbass seminar he put on in 98'. He billed himself as "The only man to beat Royce Gracie!!"
