I'm entering my first tournament this coming weekend (Arnold Classic), and in addition to BJJ, I've been taking some Judo classes for a couple months to work on takedowns, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions on which throws work best on the typical BJJ fighter (i.e. little or no Judo experience)? At this point, I'm thinking that harai ogoshi, Osoto Gari, Uchi-Mata, and Ko-Ouchi Gari will be my go-to throws, but I'd be interested in seeing if anyone had any other ideas.

From videos I've seen of BJJ tournaments, most of the fighters are real bent forward at the waist, assumably because wrestling style takedowns are the most common. So I'd go for uchimata, sumi gaeshi, or tomoenage. Probably other sacrifice throws as well but I'm not as familiar with those.

I would not recommend sacrifice throws if your judo experience is not that advanced. Simply because you will be lying on the ground in front of a bJJ guy, who might very well be able to avoid the throw. Have a strong upright stand, even if the opponent is bent forward.
Rely on the techniques you do well, create situations where you can use them. A tournament is not the time to try something completely new.

If you are more experienced that that is another kettle of fish.
I prefer Kahbarelli against an opponent who is bent forward.
( It makes a nice sound when you land on them )

First most bjj guys love to jump guard so practice splitting the guard. I've actually made tomei nage and tai otoshi work very well but it's like everything else. Just find out what works for you.

Tomoenage fucking RULEZ! You pull a clean one of those off and you'll get some ass for sure after the tournament.

Well, it being a BJJ tournament, I wouldn't risk it. You don't know WHO'S ass you're gonna get.

But he IS a BJJ guy, so I doubt he has too much of a problem with fighting from the guard. If he misses it'll probably just be a guard pull. If I were to ever enter a BJJ tourney I would work all day and all night on my rolling kimura into sumi gaeshi.

And you an do the Kahbarelli? That throw is fucking SCARY. I don't know anyone who does it. That's truly a brutal throw.

Yes, like that. It's truly beautiful. There's a video clip of Khabarelli himself doing one in international competition at judoclub.ca but I think you might have to be a paid member to see it.

Man, you should pick up Yoko Otoshi. It's a sacrificial throw, but if you time it right you can end up mounted on your opponent.

I do it a little different than the clip. When I do it, from a standard judo grip, I pull their right side forward to make them step, then slide my left leg next to their right leg and roll them over. I try to get them to land almost parallel to me so I can use the throw's momentum to roll right on top.

This is my highest percentage throw, as it's so easy to do once you get the hang of it.

What's a sambo suplex?

It's a suplex that turns into an overhead slam.

IT really is going to depend on what throws you like and what size you are.
If you are tall for your weight, use uchi mata as your lead in from an over the top grip. If you come over thier top and grab them low, they can not pull guard well.
From thier, shoot uchi-mata, if you miss that come back around and sweep thier support leg with your foot, or go in front of it for a harai goshi or tai otoshi.
Also, koshi garuma is a great throw to use on BJJ people to take them to kesa gatame. If you can do that pin well, you can really, reallly use it to wear them down.
Most BJJ people do not have the cardio to keep trying to escape a serious pin with in a time limit so you can force them to spend a lot of energy trying to get out of that.
