Bench Jumps - 2 x no weight, 3 x 5 lbs DBs, 1 x 10 lbs DBs.

DB Split-squats w/ FFR - 2 x 8 w/ 25 lbs.

Good Mornings - 3 x 10 w/ 70 lbs.  Need to increase weight.

Abs - 10 x 10s crunch-holds.  Wanted to do three sets and some planks too, but work decided to interrupt.
