train in class, do cardio weights and other sports- rock climbing, rugby (badly) and when i can be bothered i go down the rifle range or go hunting, although i havent done that for a while. also undefeated at air hockey.

I generally don't do class and mainly train on my own with Kat, doing stuff with the instructor whenever he's around during the times we train. I don't really go for the whole "class" setup of training.

I mostly sit at home and eat pizza, but when I do train i just train on my own. i generally find class, at least for muay thai, to be lacking.

It all depends on the state of my back.

A good week will see me going to GoJu-jitsu twice, CSW once, BJJ twice and the Gym to lift weights and run once a week.

Or if my back hurts .... ! class where I do too much and 6 days of sitting on my ass being angry and feeling sorry for myself.

I train in class, do cardio, and also do a bunch of calisthenics and bodyweight exercises, as per Army regulations.

I do bodyweight exercises when my joints are functioning normally. No cardio other than rolling for an hour or more, with breaks, everytime I train. I need to find the time to change that.

The drills in MMA class generally kick my ass.

I train in class and then workout on my own at home (body weight work mostly, occasional weights). Not much cardio outside of class tho (but it's mostly cardio type training: bag/focus mitt work, two man drills, sparring, etc).
