Friday Morning Upper Body Rep/Lower DE

Lack of sleep = upset stomach while working out for me.

Dyn. Squats - 2 x 3 w/  135 lbs.

Jumps - 2 x 2.  Legs were burned out by this time.

DB Bench - 3 x Max reps w/ 45 lbs.  15, 16, 18.

Superset:  Chins + Ext. Rotation w/ 12 lbs.

3 x 5 Chins, 3 x 8 Rot.

Lat. Raises - 4 x 8 w/ 15 lbs.

Superset:  BB Shrugs w/ 105 lbs + Skullcrushers w/ 45 lbs. 

3 x 10 Shrugs,  3 x 15 Crushers.

Notes: Great new PR today.  Totally redeamed myself from last week.  Staying tight was absolutely essential.  A great set-up, staying tense, and gripping the crap out of the bar made the weight feel extremely light in my hands. Now I need to do this with the full rom.

Notes: Little rest pause on the last 2 sets, but otherwise no leg drive necessary.
