Superset: Chins + Ext. Rotation w/ 12 lbs. 3 x 5 Chins, 3 x 8 Rot. Lat. Raises - 4 x 8 w/ 15 lbs. Superset: BB Shrugs w/ 105 lbs + Skullcrushers w/ 45 lbs. 3 x 10 Shrugs, 3 x 15 Crushers.
