He focused on working on an entry for ko uchi gari with us.

From a regular right grip, my opponent is a bit to the left of me in a kind of extreme stance. Having the inside grip is a good idea.

  • My right foot steps to the left,  crossing over in front of my left
  • As I do this first step, I yank back on my right.
  • My left foot steps a bit to the left and back
  • Right foot sweeps, hard. Make sure to push my hips forward (don't bend over to push on him) and turn them so much that when we land, I have my hips fully switched.

Randori kicked major ass. Lately I've been focusing on what I in my own made-up terminology refer to as Kaxiga Höften (Stuck Up/Cocky Hip). It's simply when I make sure to push my hips forward a lot so I can bully my bent over partner around a bit. I have to make sure to get grips before I do it though or I'll get thrown a lot. The others have been complaining a lot lately that I feel to strong and I believe this is the reason.
