Wednesday Morning Lower Body ME

Deadlift - 1 x 300 lbs.  Two milestones in one week.  Clearly I'm just more man than the rest of you.

BB Step-ups w/ knee lift - 3 x 6 w/ 95 lbs.

Pull-Throughs - 3 x 10 w/ 115 lbs.

Doing lots of ab exercises for physical therapy now, next week I'll be incorporating them back into my regular routine.

Can't be a hero all the time

Notes: Weight was feeling heavy today.  It was time to rest.  Got too greedy.   Can't be a hero all the time.    Lockout strength is weak, back is rounding too much, and have no leg drive.  Need to add deadlifts from a deficit.  Working on the lockout strength with reverse band deadlifts.
