Saturday Morning Lower Body DE

BB Squat-Jumps - 5 x 2 w/ 65 lbs.  I'd really like to be able to combine weighted jumps with unweighted box jumps, but 24 doesn't have the equipment for that.

Step-ups (above knee) - 3 x 6 w/ 25 lbs plates.  Prefer the plates to DBs.

Pull-throughs - 3 x 10 w/ 110 lbs.

Cable-Ball Sit-ups - 4 x 15 w/ 22.5 lbs.

Notes: 390 was ugly as hell.  Foot slipped, shoulders rolled, everything went to hell, yet I still managed the full rep.  Insane.

DE lower day

Speed box squats of 155+a light band on each side

Notes: Bands felt awesome, totally explosive through the movement, no wasted motion.  Getting great control and flexibility on the way down.  Look up, get rid of the mirror.  I'll gain a greater sense of body awareness that way.
