Friday Morning Upper Body Rep

DB Incline Bench - 3 x Max reps w/ 40 lbs. 12, 13, 17.

Superset:  Lat. Pulls (wide grip) w/ 120 lbs + Face Pulls w/ 80 lbs.

4 x 8 Lat. Pulls, 4 x 10 Face Pulls.

DB Military Press - 4 x 8 w/ 30 lbs.

Superset:  BB Shrugs w/ 90 lbs + Rope Pushdowns w/ 30 lbs.

3 x 10 Shrugs, 3 x 20 Pushdowns.  First set of shrugs was actually 95 lbs on the Smith machine, then someone jacked it while I was off doing pushdowns.  Not even safe at 2am anymore.

Plate Pinches - 3 x Max time w/ 25 lbs plates.
