Incline Bench - 1 x 140 lbs.

Chins - 2 x Max reps. 8, 7.

Superset:  BB Rows w/ 95 lbs + Scarecrows w/ 7.5 lbs.

4 x 8 of each.

Superset:  Uni-lat. Behind-Back Shrugs w/ 37.5 lbs + DB Hammer Curls w/ 30 lbs.

4 x 10 Shrugs, 4 x 8 Curls.

It was Senior Night. We ended up winning the match. I had one Varsity match.

 First match: Varsity, loss by pin (guillotine, first period)

This was awful. He ankle-picked in the first ten seconds, threw some legs in, started working some moves. I kept him from scoring for a while, almost reversed him, then he hit me with the guillotine. Most painful move EVER! Some submission grapplers even consider it a submission. My chest was facing the same direction as my ass, I was suffocated. My leg hurt, my ribs hurt, my lungs hurt, my chin hurt... it was so painful. I wanna start riding legs just so I can do that move, and the banana split. Too bad I'm not lanky enough. Anyway, terrible match, lost in less than a minute.

DB Walking Lunges - 3 x 6 w/ 35 lbs.

45-degree Hypers - 3 x 8 w/ 35 lbs.

 Low Cable Situps - 4 x 15 w/ 25 lbs.
