Front squats always go up, back squats always go suck (+15lb PR on front squats)

Notes: Man I love these, never any fear about getting low enough, and never feel like I'm going to fail on the way back up.  340 was a struggle, but went up.  Wish my back squat could go up as easily, but oh well.  Bound to be some carry over.

Notes: Really focused on lockout on this one, arched and pulled hard.
