First match: Newton North, win by Minor Decision (14-10)

This match was crazy. I don't remember what happened at all. All I remember is that I kept taking him down, he kept escaping, at one point he almost pinned me with a cradle, and at another point I almost pinned him with a headlock (I took him down legitimately, only used the headlock as a pinning maneuver). I was dominating in neutral, but he was dominating on the ground. I didn't even know I had won until the very end. I was so unbelievably gassed- this match was the most even and difficult match I've had all year. Brookline won.
