Decided to rest this week, legs were burnt out all last week and didn't seem to be recovering. Haven't been able to get enough sleep either, so just skipped ME days and going light on volume and weight for Rep and DE days.
Bodyweight Rows - 3 x Max reps. 12, 10, 11.
Superset: Lat. Pulldowns (chin grip) w/ 120 lbs + DB Military Press w/ 25 lbs.
4 x 8 Pulldowns, 4 x 10 Presses.
Superset: DB Shrugs w/ 40 lbs + Hammer Curls w/ 20 lbs.
4 x 8 Shrugs, 4 x 10 Curls.
