Box Jumps (above knee height) - 3 x 3 w/ 10 lbs DBs, 2 x 2 w/ 15 lbs DBs.

DB Split-squats w/ FFR - 3 x 8 w/ 25 lbs.

Stiff-leg DLs - 3 x 8 w/ 135 lbs.

Skipping ab exercises now to avoid pissing off my ribs.
