Wednesday Morning Lower Body ME

Low Box Squats - 1 x 235 lbs.  Had trouble with this one, failed on the first attempt.  Box is below parallel this week, next week it will be parallel.

DB Split-squats - 2 x 6 w/ 40 lbs.  Legs are burned out this week, played basketball for 2.5 hours Sunday, 1.5 hours Monday night.

45-degree Hypers - 3 x 8 w/ 35 lbs.

Ball-Cable Sit-ups - 4 x 15 w/ 22.5 lbs.

Notes: Fixed my depth issues.  Third one is a little questionable but I think I hit it at parallel as well.  Going to keep up full steam ahead with the DE band work, maybe even lower the box one more plate and see where it gets me.  Stalling really bad coming out of the hole, need to address that.  Don't really know how.
