Chin-ups - 1 x 50 lbs.

Incline Bench - 2 x Max reps w/ 95 lbs.  10, 14.  Probably dial down the weight when doing Rep work on this.

Superset:  Uni-Lat. High Row w/ 90 lbs + Uni-Lat. Scarecrows w/ 7.5 lbs.

4 x 8 of each.

Superset:  Smith Machine Shrugs w/ 105 lbs + Overhand Grip EZ Curls w/ 60 lbs.

4 x 10 Shrugs, 4 x 8 Curls.
