DB Incline Bench - 3 x Max reps w/ 40 lbs.  12, 14, 17.

Superset:  Lat. Pulldowns w/ 125 lbs + DB Power Cleans w/ 10 lbs.

4 x 8 of each.

DB Military Press - 4 x 8 w/ 30 lbs.

Superset:  BB Shrugs w/ 90 lbs + Tri. Pushdowns (straight bar) w/ 20 lbs.

3 x 10 Shrugs, 3 x 25 Pushdowns.

New bench PR of 365 and discovering use of bands

Notes: Amazingly hit two PRs on my bench session, normally only good for one PR for bench.  Great week for PRs.  My new year's 4-5-6 is getting closer.

Notes: Keeps getting eaiser.

Pull-ups
1x10

Assisted pull-ups w/a light band
7,5,3

Notes: Light band changed the emphasis of the movement, actually got harder at one point.  Weird, gotta try this more.
