Thursday Morning Lower Body DE

BB Squat-Jumps - 4 x 2 w/ 65 lbs.  Followed this up with 3 sets of 2 jumps for max height.  I'm less than an inch from touching the rim, higher than I've ever been able to jump before.  Interesting to see the results I'm getting.

Step-Ups (above knee) - 3 x 6 w/ 25 lbs.

Pull-Throughs - 3 x 10 w/ 120 lbs.

Ball-Cable Sit-ups - 4 x 15 w/ 22.5 lbs.
