Incline Bench - 1 x 145 lbs. DB Incline Bench - 2 x Max reps w/ 40 lbs. 15, 17. Used the BB bench this time, it felt much better than the stand-alone ones. Superset: Uni-Lat. High Row w/ 90 lbs + Uni-Lat. Scarecrows w/ 7.5 lbs. 4 x 8 Rows, 3 x Scarecrows. Did one set of Ext. Rotation w/ 10 lbs first set as someone was using the machine I use for the scarecrows at the time. Superset: Behind-Back Uni-Lat. Shrugs w/ 37.5 lbs + Zottman Curls w/ 25 lbs. 3 x 10 Shrugs, 3 x 8 Curls. Ouch.
