DB Incline Bench - 3 x Max reps w/ 40 lbs. 12, 12, 16.

Superset:  Lat. Pulldown (wide grip) w/ 120 lbs + Rear Delt Flyes w/ 10 lbs.

4 x 8 of each.

DB Military Press - 4 x 8 w/ 25 lbs.

Superset:  DB Shrugs w/ 45 lbs + Tri. Ext. w/ 15 lbs.

4 x 10 Shrugs, 4 x 15 Ext.

Hex BB Grip - 3 x Max time.

Notes: This was insane.  It's a 20lb jump from a month ago, and just 5lbs shy of my bench.  I also wasn't going 100% with 350, and feel like I coulda hit 355 if I was fresher, much cleaner than my 355 normal grip bench.  My chest is way weak.  I need to bring that up.  I have a feeling that if I did, I could bench more.  When I take picks, you bodybuilder putzes can laugh at my weak pecs =P
